To manage your team's workload, delegate the SLAs that need to be transferred to specific members. This way, you can ensure that each SLA is handled by someone with the skills and availability to complete it. You can follow the steps to assign a new member to any SLA:
Step 1: Click on “My Member” under your profile (only admin user)
The "My Member" feature is a powerful tool for managing your team and their Service Level Agreements (SLAs). It allows you to add members to your system and assign them specific SLAs, ensuring each team member knows their responsibilities and the standards they need to meet. You can easily track who is assigned to which SLA, making it simpler to manage workloads and ensure compliance with service standards. Additionally, the feature provides a comprehensive list of all members you have added, giving you a clear overview of your team and their assigned tasks. This functionality helps streamline case creation and management, improving overall efficiency and accountability within your organization.

Step 2: Click on “+Member.”
To create new members, simply click on the "+ Member" button. This action will open a form where you can input the necessary details for each member. The great thing about this feature is that there is no limit to the number of members you can create. This flexibility allows you to manage and expand your member list as needed, ensuring that you can accommodate any number of participants or users. Whether you're managing a small group or a large organization, this feature makes it easy to keep track of everyone.

Step 3: Fill in the needed information and click "Create."
When creating a new member profile, it's essential to provide all the required information. This typically includes personal details such as name, contact information, and any other specific data requested by the form.
