Who creates a member?

In the previous version of MyFirst Support FC Teams, there was member creation. However, this feature has been updated.

Now, you need to have an admin SLA account to create and manage members. An admin SLA can create unlimited members and assign them different SLAs.

How to Fix the Problem of Logging in to MyFirst Support New Version: Invalid Email

If you are trying to log in to the new version of MyFirst Support and you get an error message saying, "Invalid Email", don't worry. This is a common issue that can be easily resolved. Here are some possible reasons why you are getting this error and how to fix them:


  •  Your admin SLA has not created you as a member yet

 If you are a new user of MyFirst Support, you need to wait for your admin SLA to create your account and assign you a role. You can contact your admin SLA and ask them to do this for you as soon as possible.

  1.  Your Super Admin​ (First Cambodia) has not created you as an admin SLA yet: If you are an admin SLA of MyFirst Support, you need to have a Super Admin (First Cambodia) create your account and permit you to manage other users. You can contact your Super Admin and ask them to do this for you as soon as possible.
  2.  Your SLA has expired: If you are an existing user of MyFirst Support, you need to renew your SLA before you can access the new version. You can check your SLA status and expiration date on MY SLA Page. You can also contact us, and we will help you renew your SLA.

How Can I Sign in to MyFirst Support When I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password for MyFirst Support, don't worry. You can still sign in to your account by following these simple steps:

  • Go to the MyFirst Support website and click on the "Sign in" button at the top right corner.
  • On the sign-in page, click on the "Forgot password?" link below the password field.


  • Enter the email address that you used to register for MyFirst Support and click on the "Send reset link" button.
